The Drama Ministry of Lynwood
seeks to use drama in a variety of forms to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, encourage Christians, and proclaim the glory of God.

Easter Musical:
In conjunction with the Celebration Choir and Orchestra the drama ministry presents a musical drama retelling the story of Christ every other year. A large number of people are needed to make this presentation effective.

In addition to actors and singers there are jobs for stage construction crew, lighting crew, make up crew, stage crew, props and set crew, food services crew, etc. There is a place for just about anyone who wants to be a part of this exciting ministry.

Worship Drama Team:
This is a new ministry that is being developed. Our desire is to utilize dramatic sketches and other dramatic devices in worship to enhance the message, inspire worship, even make announcements more interesting!

Plays:
From time to time the drama ministry will produce a full-length play as a part of outreach and/or building up and encouragement of believers. These are announced as they develop.


Movement Teams:
Another type of dramatic ministry team which we have utilized at different times is the movement team. As the interest and leadership is available, this type of ministry is very effective in worship and outreach.

Movement teams can range from full body movement to simple sign language. Are you SHAPED for this?
