The Preschool Ministry at Lynwood strives to provide meaningful experiences for all Preschoolers each time they are at
church. We believe that beginning at birth, a spiritual foundation can be laid through loving relationships and experiences.
With age-appropriate activities, this foundation can be built upon so that hopefully it will lead towards a life of serving the Lord.
The Preschool Ministry encourages parents to take an active role and to realize the importance of the young years for their child's spiritual growth.
Our Purpose:
To provide a safe and nurturing environment for all preschoolers that promotes physical, emotional, social, and spiritual growth through the use of age appropriate and Biblically based activities.
Preschool Life Groups
Preschool classes are offered during life group and worship times from newborn through 3 years. Children ages 4 through 6th grade may attend Life Group classes at either 9:00 or 10:30 am and attend worship services with their parents.
VIPs
Volunteers In Preschool are special helpers who serve on a rotation basis inour Life Groups. Parents of preschoolers are automatically enrolled as VIPs and will receive a monthly schedule to allow plenty of time in planning their own schedule. VIPs simply simply assist the class teacher, but are vital to our ministry and greatly appreciated! Anyone wishing to serve as a Preschool VIP should contact Nancy McGrew or the church office at 334-4600.
