Lynwood's vision is "to see unbelieving people become committed followers of Jesus Christ."

Preaching the Word is part of the purpose for which we exist. Our Sunday messages, Life Group and discipleship Bible studies, family ministries, and revival services all indicate our belief in the importance of preaching and teaching God's Word and helping people take their first spiritual steps after becoming a follower of Jesus Christ.

We invite you to unite with us in one of the following ways:

• On Profession of Faith in Jesus Christ: If you have professed faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, you may request membership through baptism by immersion.
• By Transfer: If you are a Christian and have been baptized by a Baptist church, we will receive you upon transfer of your membership.
• By Statement of Your Christian Faith: If you have professed faith in Jesus Christ, have been baptized by immersion, and are in full agreement with the doctrines of Lynwood Baptist church, we will receive you upon the statement of your faith.

Discover Lynwood—Class 101
Discover who we are and what we believe by attending one of our Discovering Lynwood classes. This three week class is the basic introduction to our church family. Since we have members from many different church backgrounds, this class was designed to clearly explain who and what our church is. All new members to our church or anyone interested in learning more about Lynwood are invited to attend this class and discover:

• What we Believe
• Where we are going

Life Groups
Life Groups, or Sunday School classes, are the "church within the church" and the best way for you to get connected to our church. We invite you to learn more about our Life Groups and find a Life Group class best suited for you.
